– 1 ¾ cups water
– Ginger, peeled and sliced (1’’)
– 1 tsp. turmeric
– 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
– ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
– 1 tbsp. raw honey
– 2 drops lemon essential oil
First of all, peel and slice the ginger into tiny pieces.
Next, pour the water to a boil and then pour it into a cup. Afterwards, add the ginger, and allow it to steep for several minutes before adding the cinnamon, cayenne, lemon essential oil, and honey.
Stir and consume it every morning.
